התפקיד כולל:
- HR Strategy – Develop and implement the global HR strategy in direct alignment with the company’s business objectives and strategic plans.
- Organizational Capabilities and Growth Support – Build organizational capabilities that enable the company to execute its strategy, while supporting growth and change processes (leadership development, training, continuous learning).
- Global HR Standardization – Design and implement standardized processes across the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding), with necessary local adaptations.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention – Lead the global recruitment strategy, employer branding, succession planning, and retention programs.
- Compensation & Benefits – Develop global and local compensation and benefits policies and models that are fair, competitive, and consistent across markets.
- Global and Local Welfare plans – Lead organizational welfare plans together with the local HR teams to enhance employees' work-life balance and satisfaction.
- Change Management & Internal Communication – Lead organizational change initiatives and oversee internal communication policies and implementation to ensure transparency and clarity.
- Compliance & Regulation – Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all regions of operation, while maintaining a consistent global policy framework.
- Global HR Team Leadership – Lead and provide professional guidance to HR teams across headquarters and subsidiaries, strengthening collaboration and alignment.
- Measurement & Continuous Improvement – Utilize HR metrics and analytics to monitor trends, identify gaps, and drive global process improvement.
