תיאור תפקיד

לחברה תעשייתית גלובלית, מבוססת וותיקה, בעמק יזרעאל, דרוש/ה חשב/ת לצוות פיננסי גלובלי. בוגר/ת ביג 4 ובעל/ת ניסיון של כשנתיים בחברה תעשייתית גלובלית. התפקיד מצריך אנגלית ברמה גבוהה.

כפיפות למנהלת הכספים של החברה.

יש אפשרות ליום אחד מהבית.

התפקיד כולל:

  • Support the preparation of the Group’s monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
  • Partner with Business Units to analyze performance, provide insights, and offer guidance on complex accounting matters
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and IFRS standards
  • Support audit activities of the group’s annual audit process
  • Manage reporting calendars and deliverables, ensuring timely compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements

דרישות

  • CPA, mandatory
  • Big 4 experience, with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a Controller role
  • Strong knowledge and proven expertise in IFRS and group financial reporting
  • Proficiency in financial statements, reporting, and accounting
  • Solid understanding of inventories, reconciliations, and accounting principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory
  • Experience collaborating with external auditors and supporting group audits
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems – Required (SAP experience is a strong advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mandatory
