Head of SAP

תיאור תפקיד

לחברה תעשייתית גלובלית, ותיקה ומבוססת, בעמק יזרעאל, דרוש/ה מנהל/ת SAP גלובלי/ת, לניהול 10 עובדים – מתכנתים, אנשי סיסטם, מובילים ומיישמים במגוון המודולים של המערכת: פיננסי, מש"א, רכש ולוגיסטיקה, ייצור, תפעול ושרשרת אספקה. חובה ניסיון בניהול צוותים גלובליים ברחבי העולם ויכולת לחבר בין האסטרטגיה הטכנולוגית למטרות וליעדים העסקיים של החברה.

פירוט התפקיד:

  • Lead the global SAP organization, including internal teams, regional leads, and external system integrators
  • Define and execute the SAP strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and long-term transformation goals
  • Oversee delivery of complex global SAP programs, including implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and continuous improvements
  • Act as a strategic integrator across SAP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, databases, and application teams to ensure end-to-end solution design and issue resolution
  • Partner with executive leadership across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and Operations to drive business value through SAP solutions
  • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, including ERP modernization and S/4HANA migration programs
  • Ensure operational stability, governance, security, compliance, and performance across the SAP landscape
  • Manage strategic vendor and partner relationships, including SAP and global implementation partners
  • Own program governance, budgeting, risk management, resource planning, and executive reporting
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing global teams across multiple locations
  • Drive standardization, process optimization, and adoption of best practices across global business processes

דרישות

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in SAP program delivery and enterprise applications
  • Proven track record in leading complex global SAP transformations within multinational organizations
  • Significant experience managing global teams, external partners, and large budgets
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and C-level stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale ERP transformation programs, preferably including SAP S/4HANA
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge technology strategy with business priorities and measurable outcomes
  • Deep architectural understanding across applications, infrastructure, security, and data layers
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
