לחברה תעשייתית גלובלית B2B, ותיקה ומבוססת, הממוקמת בגליל המערבי, דרוש/ה CCO – סמנכ"ל מסחרי. מדובר בתפקיד בכיר בכפיפות ישירה למנכ"ל. התפקיד כולל בנייה וניהול של צוותים גלובליים בתחום המכירות, ניהול מוצר, תפעול מכירות, הפצה ועוד.
התפקיד כולל:
- Revenue Growth & Commercial Execution: Accountable for achieving the Group’s annual revenue plan and strategic objectives by working closely with the commercial teams. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure effective execution of sales strategies, while designing and implementing commercial programs and business solutions that drive growth, expand market presence, and maximize profitability.
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the global GTM and commercial strategy aligned with the company’s 2030 growth plan. Partner with the CEO and Global Management team to translate strategic objectives into operational execution.
- Sales & Business Development: Work with the global sales teams and regional managers to expand market share and penetrate new markets. Strengthen and direct the global distributor and partner network. Drive key account strategies with a focus on long-term partnerships and customer value.
- Marketing & Brand Positioning: Oversee global marketing strategy, including digital marketing, product positioning, branding, and market intelligence. Champion Volta’s value proposition across all customer segments and geographies.
- Global Product Management: Oversee the full product life cycle, leading and enhancing the capabilities and processes of the Product Group. Define the product roadmap in line with market needs, and collaborate closely with R&D to drive execution of the development plans and successful product launches, fully aligned with GTM strategy.
- Customer Success: Build and scale a customer-centric culture, ensuring best-in-class support, training systems, knowledge center, retention, and satisfaction. Implement SLA, systems, and processes for our global distributors and subsidiaries, enabling customer feedback and performance tracking.
- Data & Performance Management: Use data and analytics (e.g., CRM, Power BI) to monitor KPIs, optimize pipeline management, and forecast revenue. Establish and track commercial metrics and ROI across channels and initiatives.
