לחברה תעשייתית גלובלית, הממוקמת בעמק יזרעאל, דרוש.ה מוביל.ת SAP עם ניסיון מעמיק ומומחיות ספציפית במודולים פיננסיים (Finanace& Costing) בדגש על סביבה גלובלית.

מדובר על פונקציה חדשה ויחידה בחברה, בכפיפות למנהל SAP גלובל. העבודה היא מול סמנכ"לי הכספים של החברה. יש אפשרות למודל היברידי.

התפקיד כולל:

  • This position reports directly to the Global SAP Manager and CIO and will have indirect reports.
  • Develop and lead the Corporate Global IT strategic and tactical plans for FICO functionality in SAP.
  • Re-engineer business processes through analysis of alternative process designs and implementation to achieve speed, simplicity, accuracy, and competitive advantage.
  • Analyze data to identify causes of variances, define user problems, document steps to reproduce errors, and communicate with different departments to assist with problem resolution.
  • Analyze and translate user requirements into functional or technical design.
  • Validate future business models and data migration as needed.
  • Seeking opportunities for automation while leading SAP functional implementations.
  • Identify data gaps and set strategies around future data collection.
  • Develop global relationships to enhance collaboration among commercial, operations, and finance teams and share best practices.
  • Support the development of documentation, technical specifications, and infrastructure requirements as needed.
  • Lead project teams and end users in the execution of training and user acceptance testing.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experienced controller/treasurer in a global company leverages SAP, who wishes to “cross the line” to the implementation side.
  • Demonstrated subject matter experience in using SAP with ECC or S/4 credentials of 4-5 full cycle implementations.
  • Excellent knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent understanding of computer technology as it applies to business systems, software products, and process improvements.
  • Project Management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication (English – Mandatory, Hebrew – Optional).
  • Passion and integrity with the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results.
  • High degree of flexibility and initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated skill in facilitating cross-functional meetings with senior executives.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing teams and working effectively across all functions of the organization.
  • The ability to work effectively with people at all levels, solve personal conflicts, understand and diagnose the causes of change resistance, and initiate corrective action.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance
  • Willingness to travel abroad
