התפקיד כולל:
Key Responsibilities
Value Stream Ownership & Leadership
- Serve as the global IT owner for the SAP PP value stream, ensuring end-to-end process integrity, system stability, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT, Supply Chain, Operations, and regional business leaders to ensure alignment of priorities and planning strategies.
- Lead the PP workstream through the SAP S/4HANA migration, including fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead and support SAP PP implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support activities across multiple production sites.
- Design and optimize planning processes across yearly, mid-term (6‑month), and organizational-level planning horizons.
- Develop planning strategies at product-group, plant, and geography levels, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.
- Drive detailed solution design, including granular planning logic, master data structures, and integration points.
Production & Capacity Planning
- Design and manage plant-level planning processes across a network of intercompany production facilities.
- Support both centralized and decentralized planning models, including single-planner and site-level planning scenarios.
- Support the future implementation and optimization of finite capacity planning using SAP standard capabilities or integrated third‑party tools.
- Ensure robust integration with logistics, inventory management, procurement, and manufacturing execution processes.
Operational Excellence & Governance
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and best practices for planning accuracy, data quality, and process adherence.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization.
- Ensure alignment with global IT standards, cybersecurity requirements, and enterprise architecture principles.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Deliver clear, concise, and professional presentations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in business-friendly language.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to regional planners, super users, and IT team members.
