התפקיד כולל:
- Leading the design, implementation and deployment of systems using C++ technologies.
- Bring deep technical knowledge in areas such as parallel programming, efficient resource management, 2D and 3D rendering, networking etc.
- Be extremely hands-on, producing both detailed technical work and high-level architectural designs.
- Oversee the work of, and mentor, a team of talented but less experienced staff through the full software development lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, improvement, and simplification within existing solutions – and drive through solutions all the way to delivery.
- Build software using Agile methodologies and modern software best practices.
דרישות התפקיד:
- 4+ years of experience developing performant, scalable applications in modern C++.
- Significant experience with distributed systems, data structures and algorithms
- Demonstrated experience and success in managing medium-sized (4-7) teams of C++ developers – duties including overseeing the full development lifecycle and general management duties.
- Solid understanding of multi-threaded/multi-core programming paradigms
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented programming and design
- Experience with Linux is a plus
- Highly collaborative in nature, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with 3D-based simulations and computer gaming is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or equivalent required
