לחברה גלובלית, ותיקה ויציבה הממוקמת במגדל העמק דרוש.ה ר"צ בדיקות תוכנה. התפקיד כולל ניהול 5 בודקי תוכנה בארץ ובחו"ל. נדרש ניסיון של 5 שנים בבדיקות תוכנה ידניות ואוטומציה, בניהול צוות ובהקמת תשתית מאפס. מבחינה אישיותית – סדר, ארגון, הבנה מערכתית ויכולת להטמיע תשתיות ומתודולוגיות שישמשו את כל הפרויקטים.
תיאור התפקיד:
- Define overall STP for all products
- Design, develop and execute test cases
- Lead your team to deliver on time and in required quality
- Mentor junior testers
- Drive testing automation
- Collaborate with all relevant teams, to ensure complete comprehension of our product requirements
- Communicate clearly and concisely (in Hebrew and in English)
